Recreation Connection, About Us
Founded
in 1995 by Employee Services expert Bobbie Menkes Mathews, with over 20
years of experience in this field, Recreation Connection was developed
to provide employers with a complete and comprehensive discount ticket
and services program. Over
the years it has grown to include even more. Recreation Connection’s Managed Services division provides
larger employers and organizations with programs and services designed
to meet their individual needs, to include company/employee stores, logo
merchandise, travel programs, film processing, event planning and more.
Recreation Connection was created to assist Human Resource departments
to provide programs that are not part of the “regular" Human
Resources responsibilities. Programs
that give employers a significant advantage in attracting and retaining
talented personnel. Programs
that enhance the value of employers' benefits packages by offering
employees attractive discounts and special offers on products from a
select group of quality retailers. Programs
that help employees juggle work, family and leisure a little easier.Offering
employees “more than just a paycheck”. Recreation Connection currently provides these programs to over
300 companies/organizations nationwide.
